Try this Cheese Foam Black Milk Tea – perfectly smooth and indulgent, ideal for your afternoon pick-me-up!

Ingredients:

For the cheese foam:

  • 150g cheese cream

  • 100g heavy cream

  • 50g milk

  • 20g fructose syrup

For the milk tea:

  • 125ml strong black tea (we recommend Fu Liang black tea)

  • 80ml milk

  • 20ml milk base (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Tools:

  • 1 Mosa cream whipper

  • 1 Mosa N2O charger

  • 1 shaker or mixing glass

Instructions:

  1. Add cheese cream, heavy cream, milk, and fructose into the Mosa whipper. Seal and charge with one N₂O charger. Shake well.

  2. Mix the tea, milk, and milk base in a shaker. Pour into a serving glass filled with ice.

  3. Gently dispense the fluffy cheese foam over the tea.

  4. Garnish with matcha or cocoa powder if desired.
