FuLiang Black Milk Tea with Savory Cheese Cloud & Crispy Toppings

This drink blends rich FuLiang black tea, savory cheese cream, and crispy toppings—perfectly balanced, surprising, and full of texture.

Cheese Cloud:

  • 150g cheese cream

  • 100g heavy cream

  • 50g milk

  • 20g fructose

  • a Mosa N2O charger

Tea Base:

  • 125g FuLiang black tea

  • 80g milk

  • 20g base milk (e.g. rice milk)

  • 20g fructose

  • 1g salt

  • Ice cubes

Toppings:

  • Roasted rice

  • Beef-flavored cracker

Steps:

  1. Add cheese cream, milk, cream, and syrup to the Mosa whipper. Charge with N2O, shake and chill.

  2. In a shaker, mix tea, milk, base milk, syrup, and salt. Add ice and shake well.

  3. Pour into a cup with ice.

  4. Top with savory cheese cream, roasted rice, and a beef-flavored cracker.
