Prepare materials:

40ml strawberry juice or purée

10ml vanilla syrup

80ml soda water

Ice cubes

a mosa cream whipper
-
a mosa n2o charger
Instructions:

Mix the strawberry juice and vanilla syrup with soda water.

Pour the mixture into the Mosa cream whipper.

Charge with a mosa cartridge and shake a few times.
-
Let sit for 2–3 minutes, then pour into a glass filled with ice.

Top with fresh strawberry slices if desired.
